I hired Carlisio to co-facilitate a virtual songwriting session with close to 60 8th graders from the Bronx. Over half of the students were bilingual. He was extremely knowledgeable about the songwriting process, and able to easily translate to the Spanish speaking students. When I work with people, I’m of course discerning their talent but most importantly their character and integrity. He is a team player and easy to collaborate with, knows how to carry his own weight and has high expectations for himself. All of these traits and others make me willing to work with him in the near future on anything.
